I am also interested in a link to the other story you mentioned, though I will have to bookmark it for later reading as I have not gotten to the end of season 7 yet. (I already knew about Prentiss' departure, so don't worry that you've spoiled anything for me.)

I tend to like her stories for the show in general, so I'd recommend all her stuff, but this is definitely one of the most touching Reid/Prentiss stories I've read thus far.
