Brilliant. I went to the local falconry centre and spent the day flying birds ranging from a kestrel to a Bald Eagle. We had an hour or so in the woods with one of the hawks. (Didn't catch anything - it wasn't trained to hunt.) Utterly exhausting, and not cheap - but so worth it.
