That's exactly what she did.

This is not a 'failure to save his life' thing. This is a thing where she actively tried to get him to kill himself.

Yeah. Honestly I think the punishment for these kinds of things should be the same as hiring a hit-man.

Just because you're not pulling the trigger yourself doesn't mean you're not actively trying to get that person killed.
