Are you looking for actual/realistic depictions, or just generally?

Because if it's the latter, no list could be complete without Kimberly Shaw from Melrose Place. Car accident/presumed death/her husband marrying his first wife's sister may not be a realistic example of mental problems, but it's understandable.

Eh, in fiction I don't think it'll be too much fun to be limited to just realistic examples. But examples that have a realistic depiction of a real mental illness or phenomenon would be extra great!
