I don't know yet but got a winter vegie box delivered yesterday so it will probably involve preparing some or all of fresh artichokes, wombok, beetroot, kale, carrots..?

Went to my city's big Royal Show (like a fair) yesterday and ate lots of greasy sweet shit so am actually craving something earthy and vegetably and plain.
