Fandom really fails on everything but Dan/Casey for the most part, but there is a brilliant Dana/Casey fic off the top of my head, since you asked for recs - Auld Lang Syne (http://mardia.livejournal.com/125304.html) by
I comfort myself with the fact that if the show had gone on longer, Dana/Casey totally would have happened for real. Sorkin can't help himself with his OTPs.
