Jacob's Ladder, Videodrome, Lost Highway, The Machinist, Session 9. Possibly also The Haunting (but only the 1963 version, avoid the 1999 version.)

Seconding the 1963 version of The Haunting. Despite some dated aspects, that film has SUCH a creepy vibe.
