I hated it so much. It was nice seeing Lady Heather back, but the character was written all wrong. The case wasn't very interesting. And, judging by this episode, you'd think that this show was all about the Grissom/Sara romance and not the crime show it actually was.

How disappointing. :( I haven't seen it but if it's Grissom/Sara heavy, I'm not really interested.

I haven't seen it properly yet (going to do that this weekend) but the parts I saw really annoyed me. It's like they didn't bother with the fans who had stuck it out faithfully for the YEARS after Grissom left. It was great to see Grissom back but I wanted to see him interact more with the newbies.

I also wanted more Greg, since he's the only reason I've stuck with the show this entire time. :(

I absolutely HATE Grissom/Sara. I was so glad when they finally got a divorce and she could move on. They never worked together. And now, with them going back into the sunset together, do they really think it will end any differently than the first time? We've already seen them divorce once. It just seems like a big FUCK YOU to all the fans who care about the show. The Grissom/Sara shippers were never that big (just vocal) and most left when Grissom did. Why pander to the oldest fans only? Why not do something interesting that includes ALL of CSI through the years?

So disappointed.

It was very meh.

Too much focus on Grissom/Sara, not enough on the case. No Nick (though I guess they asked both George Eads and Elisabeth Shue back, but they declined). Not enough Greg. No Warrick (I wanted a hallucination or dream or something with him - hell, even a recording would have been cool). I kind of like that it was about Lady Heather. But the Lindsey thing was kind of weird, interesting, but weird (Catherine, why would you think that was an okay thing to say?). There should have been a callback to Holly Gribbs or Paul Millander. It was strange to see the guy who played Nick’s stalker Nigel Crane. The bombs with Catherine, Greg, and Morgan was over the top. They could have done a lot better with the whole thing.
