A story that takes place at a wizarding academy for adults, where they go to get certified and registered in certain wizarding trades/practices that require such certification, in a nation outside of the U.K. Details of other wizarding cultures, from sports to the importance of parentage, would perforate the story.

If you can't tell, I've thought about writing this story, as fanfic... but I wasn't sure if it was too far gone from the source material to count as fanfic.
