I have no recs because most of the ones I've read are fairly IC. But there are not that many fics on AO3 and you can probably search for the OOC tag.

That's cool. I don't mind Bane/Blake; it could be pretty interesting. I had thought that I could find at least one decent somewhat IC OC fic, but it's seriously awful. Idk why they all have to be so bad.
