I'm in a somewhat older fandom, I'm 55 and though that's probably older than many there are quite a few I interact with who are older.

Yeah, the oldest person I know in fandom is 71, and at 40, I'm in the younger bracket of many of my fandoms. The youngest person on my DW circle is 28.
