That's annoying and odd. Why don't they just move on to something they don't hate?

Because they're sooooooooooo smart for getting their knowledge of the "real" subject completely from a third source, everyone must know how smart they are, and how stupid this series is.

The sad part is they received their introduction to this series via a known satire site. Except they ignored the part where it was satire and decided to dive into the series with the attitude that it was awful. And of course they ignore anyone who points that out, or go back and forth between pretending everything they say is supposed to be a joke, and actually being an abrasive know-it-all who has a right to their opinion (which I guess is true, but right to an opinion doesn't mean immunity from having said opinion criticized).

I hate wishing bans on people, but I don't see a chance of them waking up anytime soon and realizing just how stupid they really are.
