Options include "Gotta get this off my chest, not looking for feedback or debate, but if you wanna commiserate that's cool", or if you don't feel like prefacing a rant then there's always just not replying to a disagreement

I just tend to assume everything's open for discussion/argument unless stated otherwise, but I can see where you're coming from
