Are you being deliberately obtuse, or are you like that without even trying. My point, which seems to have escaped you, was that the person who is claiming that they can go five days without bathing before they even start to smell is probably wrong

A handful of outliers don't invalidate the general rule: other people can usually smell you long before you can smell yourself.
