I can't really point it out exactly... It just looks strange to me. Maybe I'm just weird because I keep staring and can't really pinpoint out why it looks weird to me. Like it just starts as a vulva and then goes on and on and there's no separation from the vulva and the anus. I don't know. "orz

I think it's just that she's kind of fleshy in the butt/crotch and that flesh looks lie a continuation of the labia. This was probably painted from life.

Oooh you're right. Her buttocks do look very fleshy. Also her leg is bended to the side, so that's why it might not be showing the separation in between.
