Why else would they have orange on their flag? It just makes sense. Dutch people are orange. Don't try to tell me otherwise. And don't try to post any pictures, either - everyone knows that when they're exposed to non-Dutch eyes, they use makeup to hide their basic orangeness.

My Mom's Dutch, which just made me laugh harder.

(pedantic sidenote: their *colour* might be orange, but they're actually one of the few hundred red, white, and blue flags. Which you probably know, and I'm wrecking the joke, but I can't help but point out. Mostly because when stuffy Americans talk about the red, white, and blue, I respond with, "Ah, yes! All hail Holland!")

Not only is he orange, he also looks like he's made of plastic. In general, this shot confuses me greatly.

I've seen gifs from this show and his skin didn't look anything like this, and this image is very "uncanny valley". Rarely do I feel that way, but this shot is odd...

Or maybe it could be the OP's editing? IDK.

It's not a show, this is Rami Malek's character from the game Until Dawn. They used motion capture. You might be mixing this up with Mr. Robot?

I think he looks completely appropriate for the Josh role. He spends the first half of the game feeling just slightly out of place, like he can't stop smiling at a joke no one else would find funny.

Not OP. Those..still look terrible. Like not the worst CGI ever, but compared to the actor pretty fucking bad. Especially compared to Hayden Panettiere or Grant Ward (don't know actor), or Nichole Bloom.

They don't look terrible imo but they don't look as much like the actor as the others do. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing; I initially found it kind of off putting to be playing characters that looked so similar to their real life counterparts. I got over that but. XD

That's a pretty awful screenshot or someone edited the hell out of it because he barely looks like that in game. And if that's "fat" then I am a a massive cow because Rami is scrawny.

Also Unreal 4 combined with atmospheric lighting, uncanny valley is bound to appear at points.

I think his size is fine and exact to real life. It's just his color that's the problem.

I think to some extent it was intentional? Josh is the only character who doesn't have a shine quality to his eyes, which makes him look a bit dead fish-ish, but then again he's suffering from depression and a whole lot of other stuff so his character looking like a mess seems okay.

I feel like all the character models in the game look a little uncanny except for Sam and Dr. Hill. Which does not feel like a coincidence alongside the fact they were played by the top two billed actors in the game.

Mostly, I have an issue with the mouth movements of the characters, as well as the lack of emotion in their eyes (they emote alright with their eyebrows, but there seems to be a severe lack of mapping of the area immediately around the eyes, causing none of the emotions to reach their eyes).
