Depends. If it's used as getaway for homo-social bonding or a place where they can feel more secure about themselves and not feel like they have to perform for women, like a man camp or a male only gym, sure.

If it's boy's club used for political and financial gain and women (or people of the wrong race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.) are excluded, no. No it is not ok.

Women only spaces are tolerated because they're entirely composed of the former.
