I write in English, in small to tiny fandoms, so it doesn't surprise me that a lot of my hits come from countries where English is the primary language, but I barely pay attemtion to that. What I love is seeing hits from all over the world (especially when it seems as though a visitor viewed/read all the chapters of a story!) I look up the country location and realize that all that distance away, someone clicked on MY story, and read it, and just imagining that unknoable person makes me feel connected to a delicate web of fannishness that spans the globe. Seeing all those hits from other countries makes me feel universal, in a way.
