Nah, under English law if you incite someone to enter a dangerous situation it is treated as a murder attempt. You think in hundreds of years of precedential case law that that defence hasn't been hashed out already? That is the sort of defence your barrister sighs at, and tells you the judge will just add another five years onto your sentence for cheek.
