21.

Definitely not 18, you're still a damn teenager then. 20 would be a better age of majority, but 21 gives them one more grace year. It's also lines up better with the end of college life, so kids who go on to higher education and are still in "student mode" get to the point where they typically have more responsibilities, live in an apartment with more of a sense of rent, bills, utilities, etc rather than a student dorm, etc.

I mean granted, I'm 26 and don't always feel like an "adult". But 21 is a good dividing age, I think.
