It's awful as both a movie and an adaptation. I normally like Cuaron's work, but NOPE.

Yeah it looks good, but style alone does not make a movie.

Late but have a +1 anyway.

For me it doesn't help that it marked the beginning of The Golden Trio becoming The Duo-with-occasional-Ron :/ And I say this as a Hermione fan.
