I think if people are being actively harmed or may be harmed the government should step in. For instance, I don't think porn itself should be banned, but porn where they have a reason to believe (or know for certain) that the subjects weren't allowed to or capable of consent is wrong and does harm those individuals. It's the same as IRL - there's a difference between arresting the owner of a strip club and arresting someone who kidnapped young women who were under the impression they'd be "dancers."
