Oh my god, kids are countable! And "kids" is a plural noun! Which means it was grammatically incorrect to use the word "less" in this case! HOLY SHIT, ANON! Good thing you were there, or else my comment would have gone off to the printers with that glaring grammatical atrocity all set to stare my reading audience of millions right in the face.

I should have mentioned, I'm not the same anon who made the comment above. I have no personal stake in this discussion. I just think it's ridiculous when someone corrects the grammar of a comment without taking the time to engage with the actual content of that comment. And then can't handle it when the person they were nitpicking makes a joke out of their petty and unhelpful behavior.

Good for you, first anon, for giving this butthurt nitpicker the ribbing they deserve. :D
