(Cis) male bodies have:

- Higher cardiovascular disease rates
- Higher psychotic disorder rates
- Higher cancer rates
- Higher genetic-based intellectual disabilities rate
- Higher biologic propension for obesity
- Many developmental disorders are more common in cis men
- Wasteful metabolism, require more calories to live
- Lower life expectancy even when controlling environmental factors
- Sensitive dangly bits that are ultra-vulnerable to being hit

Not saying cis female bodies are better, you can probably come up with a similar list for women. Just pointing out that who has it better depends on what metric you use.
