Ohmygod
Got some sigmacort 1% from the chemist and the relief was immediate. It's still red and puffy but the soreness and ichyness has eased so I'm not running as much. I want to put more on but I will obey the instructions and wait till tonight but Ohmygod the relief.
When was the last time you felt incredibly relieved over something?

Re: Ohmygod
My relief was a bit different kind. On Saturday, the second-to-last day of the season, my Angels were struggling to stay in the hunt for a post-season spot. And they were down 4 runs in the 9th inning, against one of their biggest rivals, the Texas Rangers. A Texas win would eliminate the Angels then-and-there. Well they came back with 5 runs to take the lead, one of their most improbable rallies since 2002. And they held on to it and won. In fact, the final out was a Rangers player (who represented the tying run) getting caught attempting to steal a base. My relief was enormous, like it was safe to breathe again. I was just stunned.
They were eliminated yesterday, but it's okay. That rally was just astonishing and one for the ages.

Re: Ohmygod
Not sure who you support, anon, but if it's the Giants know that I support them pretty much anytime we're not playing each other. You've got your 3-in-6(now) and we're probably both not big Dodger fans.
But if, perhaps, you're a Red Sox fan, you can fuck off. ;)

They've just settled down and now they're being blasted with air con. Sorry skin.
For me:
Health care plan.
HEALTH CARE PLAN.
I get free things.
FREE THINGS.
Re: Ohmygod
Sometimes it's hard to get any relief. I'm glad you found something that worked for you! (Though I would follow instructions because sometimes those medical ointments can thin the skin.) Hopefully the ointment will clear it up soon. :(
(And sadly, I can't remember, lol.)
Re: Ohmygod
I hope the guy who was waiting on me to move wasn't going anywhere really urgent. I felt bad. :(
Re: Ohmygod
I managed to sleep in a little bit this morning, so I can actually function today. :)
