Re: Cruises/Whale Watching

I once took a day trip whale watching cruise out of Port Townsend, Washington. The boat took us to the San Juan Islands and back and we did indeed see whales. There are probably other cruises out of other parts of Washington State that don't involve traveling so far from Seattle first, although a trip to the Olympic Peninsula could include hiking and other activities. Bring Dramamine.
