How did your cat break his jaw? Was it really obvious when it was broken? My cat seems to be having problems chewing but I don't know if it's because of her age or something else.
It sounds like you're taking very good care of him though, so best wishes for a speedy recovery!

We're not entirely sure, but our working theory is that he got his mouth caught on some fencing or something like that. His front teeth were sticking straight out when he came back inside, so we knew right away that we had to get him to the vet ASAP. Fortunately, he's expected to make a full recovery.

And thanks for the well-wishes! Poor little guy could use some positive energy right now.
