My mom and I were so impressed with just how good all of the relationships were developed in the movie. She said it was a perfect feel good Lifetime movie. We were so glad they didn't go for the May/December romance and went for them just being friends and bringing out the best in each other.

I loved how De Niro's character just accepted the mentoring role and helped everyone out in the office and knew what it meant to be a team player. I really liked the movie.
