I am feeling really nervous lately, and part of the reason why is related to the person I usually talk to about being nervous about things. Intellectually I know he would be sympathetic if I told him this (he hasn't done anything wrong, he's just part of the situation), but the nervousness is trying very hard to convince me otherwise.
