Um, yes? The one that's being claimed/constructed by butch women, and by many trans men. I mean, doesn't mean those groups can't display toxic masculinity, but if you want performative masculinity that consciously tries to address the toxicity, go investigate those cultures, because that's where positive masculinity is evolving.

i'm really not. i really am sincerely curious what you think. like, i don't think there's any way to figure out the world without listening to people you disagree with.

& i don't think it's obvious either. i mean, it's obvious that toxic masculinity is really widespread and shitty, but i don't see how it's obvious that all cis-het-male-masculinity is toxic and is always going to be.
