usually, they key is to make sure that you have some sort of "I think that" or "I feel x" statement in there.

Like if you had said that "I am so angry that this movie is a..." that would probably have passed.

case, I think, tries to make it as objective as possible what is and is not a secret, so it's almost like a legal formula.
