"Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent~"

"Well-behaved women rarely make history" unless it's being used in its original context (that it's unfair because normal "well-behaved" women do great things too and should make history), but it never is.

These have limited applicability, I can see where they apply, but there's contexts/people when they really really don't.

That first one is so victim-blaming. "Stop complaining about people being horrible to you! If you feel bad, it's your fault! It's not their responsibility to be nice, it's yours to not care!" Even if you don't actually feel inferior, people frequently trying to make you feel that way is psychologically wearing.
