Loose clothing that breathes well. Some materials will just absorb the sweat and keep it there. I don't recommend tight cotton shirts. If you can leave your sweaty areas uncovered, that would be best. Maybe not practical for out in public, but when you're at home.

Have some chill out time. Literally and figuratively. Stay in the shade and relax with cool drinks. Try to lower your stress levels. Stressing about sweating will make you sweatier. It's evil like that. :(

I hope the weather is less sweat-inducing for you soon!
