I loved the chase in the cornfield. I was certain they were going to get caught and was pleasantly surprised when they did not. I loved the alien spaceship and aliens. I loved allll of the ending from the spaceship, to Scully being a badass, to the Smoking Man and dude being all "Awww, shit X-Files and Mulder is back to fuck up our shit."

I love that movie, but in a post-Katrina world the idea that FEMA is secretly diabolical is hilarious. They couldn't even manage their stated agenda! How are they going to handle a covert alien one?
