Oh man, OP, I'm in a similar place (26, only kissed someone for the first time 2 years ago and it went Badly). And I can't help with a lot of it, because I feel all those things and then some, but I have found that talking about it with trusted friends is helpful. For me the response has been a lot of "that doesn't really matter, everything happens in its own time, there's no schedule", which I know is true but have trouble believing, BUT, it's gotten me more comfortable with vocalizing it, so if the time comes along that I'm going to have sex, I'll be able to tell my partner. Because at this point, if I've waited this long to have sex, I want my first time to be enjoyable and that'll never happen if the other party isn't aware.
