They win either joint custody or full custody in most cases where they try to get any kind. Usually the mother is the only one who tries to get custody.

Not true on both counts in Australia, don't know about other places.

This is the US. So they're misrepresenting stats for the US, arguing that it's sexist against men when if the father would actually seek custody, he tends to win over the mother!
