So there was a period of time that JournalFen existed. Sure fandom_wank was the tops but there were other community journals too. One was I think called Hot Daily. A kind person would once a day post pictures of hot people. All kinds of people. Different shapes, sizes, the like. Some that had a bonus kitten or puppy.

Is there anything like that existing now? That does not have 'ooh I want to bone her' and 'the hell is zagat he's fat'?

I don't have anything for you. My only advice is for you to go to Pinterest and search for 'hot men' or 'handsome men.' I've had good luck with that.
