54. Since when did video game reviewing become a fandom? Since he started drawing cute pictures and talking really fast? If you take any part of them seriously you're doing it wrong. I'm honestly amazed that he has so many fangirls that these things make it here.

Anything's a fandom if there's fans of it. And I think it's pretty clear from the videos themselves whether he's being serious or not. As for why he keeps getting mentioned on here, well, I think that might be because of the 'cute pictures' while most reviewers usually go text only or videos of clips. He's taken an approach in style that isn't normally used, and he's making it work. Why shouldn't he be popular for that? I say good on him.

Well, I'm a fan of his work, and I know he's not serious. However, I do think he's HILARIOUS. Liking something is really all you need to be a fan, right? And fandom is a group of fans, so...yeah.
