Speaking from personal experience, Vic has a bad habit of being--honestly--a jackass to anyone he sees as being "below" him, and unfortunately, that includes not only most fans and staff, but some of his fellow VAs, too.

I'm not the OP, but I agree with the sentiment (though not the trolling--that's harsh, dude.). He's marginally talented, and did the role of Ed well enough, but he's nowhere near as good as other VAs in the field, despite his abnormally large head.

I'm inclined to ask the same question the anon asked in the comment of your link. What exactly does he DO that is such a turn-off and how is he such a jackass? Everyone is giving these vague answers, and I'm not beating down your experience or anything, but it'd be great if someone were specific.

As far as talent goes, I think that is always a matter of personal opinion.

It's alright. I did see those comments and if they are in fact true, then it is disappointing. Though I still find it strange and amusing that half the comments say he's very nice and the other half that he's a complete jerk. Hmm.

I think it's gone in phases.

When he first started out, he was pretty nice, partly because he was very new. As he got better known, he started getting worse and worse. From what I've heard (since I now avoid contact with him), he's starting to mellow again, and I somewhat suspect it's because he's realizing that he's no longer welcome at some pretty significant cons (Otakon, case in point), and that he needs to get his act together, or he's going to have some serious career trouble.

So who knows, maybe he'll get nicer from here on out? It'd be a plus.
