I totally agree. It does squick me out, but the thing is, it just doesn't really work, IRL or not. So basically, it always ends up seeming like they're doing it for the kink. I know that's not why everyone ships OT3s, but I can't help but feel that way.

You know, I posted a secret before about OT3s and I got a couple replies from people in them IRL saying it worked fine for them. No jealousy, no more arguments than in a normal relationship, etc...

I can understand you saying you don't like it or that you wouldn't want part in one. But it DOES work out for some people.

I know people it's worked for IRL. I know people it hasn't worked for too. It depends on the participants.
