Yup, this pretty much. I actually used an old version of 4chan (wakabachan) because I don't need usernames/avatars/accounts. So it's just posts and posts and posts and sometimes images.

I was actually inspired to make a one person imageboard after me and another anon made this one (MTNN) thread on /a/ hit the bump limit.
