I know about the bit in Genesis, often translated as referring to the Nephilim. "There were giants in the earth in those days" and all that. Did he go down the rabbit-hole and take it weirder than that? Please say he did.

If Noah is going to be a biblical kaiju flick made while on all the booze I'm suddenly way more interested.

He did take it weirder than that. The entire movie was pretty fucking weird.

I've never read that book, but I was surrounded by people who had (two of whom are still Christian) and they were all like, "...Well, this is ...interesting."
