Honestly, take whatever job you can and then start applying for the professional ones again. In the hiring system we have going on right now, you're infinitely more hirable if you already have a job (which is super fucked up, but that's how it is). Even if it's just a part-time something or other, it'll look a lot better to potential employers than being unemployed.
