Well...

Sexual attraction, and a want for sex, are hard to erase in a lot of people. For a lot of people, it isn't necessarily an intellectual thing. Seeing an attractive man they know nothing about certainly isn't going to make sexy parts shut down.

As far as having relationships with men go - a lot of feminist critiques of men are general critiques. A woman might find an individual man who she trusts. Even if he can't erase society's gender stuff in a night (and neither can she), that's just how relationships are. The desire for love is no less easy to erase in some people than the desire for sex.
