I'm not sailing on either ship, but (excluding J2 tinhats - just comparing Wincest and Destiel shipping contingents) I'd say that the Good Ship Destiel has about an equal amount of crazies as the Wincest side.

True, the Destielers have been slightly less bonkers since the writers toned down the fanservice after being accused of baiting, but man, there was a lot of deluded crazy on that boat. I feel like Wincest peaked a long time ago. And J2 is an entirely separate category.

Destielers have yet to hack someone's account and to send them specifically triggering NSFW art when they complained.

And that was done by the Wincesters just two months ago..
