I've had tuna sandwiches where it has firm avocado slices in place of tomato and those can be good. If you're looking at a mayo replacement, not so much. You end up with an underflavored mush because none of the tang or texture that mayo adds is present. The tuna takes over anything the avoc can do.

Agreed. I tried it as a mayo replacement. Never again. Never. It was just too bland as it was. I mean. Maybe if it had guac mix in with it to add a little tang and spice but...not plain avocado.
