Haven't done it, but it wouldn't quite work. I'm echoing the sentiments of the anons above me, it's not good as a mayo replacement as a avocado on its own is rather bland and also wouldn't have the same consistency. But! Guacamole with lime and salt, pepper, and other spices like cumin might work.

Seconding this. In guacamole form, it might actually punch up the flavor a lot. Then again, guacamole is the only way I like avocados.
