I've recently been thinking that I'd like to try my hand at drawing comics because there are some story ideas I have that have strong visuals attached in my mind and it'd be cool to bring those to life. I'm not sure what kind of style I'd want to go for though. Most of my drawing practice has been in drawing people realistically from reference photos since I'm still getting used to anatomy and drawing what I see rather than what I feel like it should look like in my mind.

(Anonymous) 2015-10-15 02:32 am (UTC)(link)I should do that again. I started drawing people out of the yearbook when I was 11 ish, but didn't stick with it long. It's a good way to figure out people, but is a little much for what I'd like to do with it. Yeah, sometimes you just want to *see* the scene. I get that.
