In Season 5 of Bones when it was revealed that Booth and Brennan knew each other and almost slept together before they started working together in the first episode. When up until then the show had made us think their first meeting was in episode one. Ugh. To this day I refuse to acknowledge that stupid retcon bullshit. As far as I'm concerned they met in the first episode the way we always thought they did.
