Fighting PTSD is "torture porn"?

Seriously? I thought it was refreshing to see her deal with and defeat something that tons of actual people get.

Can you really call it "defeating" PTSD when it's clear she's not over her issues by the end of the series? When she says she "had to suffer to learn compassion"? Does that sound like conquering it to you?
